Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Canadian Arbitration Association, conducted in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions. No arbitration or proceeding may be consolidated with any other without our prior written consent.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within its jurisdiction.
Use of PriorAuth Buddy does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Forge Partners Inc., its employees, contractors, or affiliates. Communication with our support team is not privileged or confidential in a legal sense.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at support@priorauthbuddy.app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Partners Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the app; (b) any content you submit or transmit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
